Round and Shining

At the center of the Plaza Quezon in Naga City, Philippines, is a uniquely made Christmas Tree, with balls each representing the 29 barangays of the city. (Now, a barangay is the “smallest administrative division in the Philippines and is the native Filipino term for a village, district or ward.”)

I took a photo of this one because the balls look transparent, yet trapping a bit of light that make it glow.
